This one bedroom cabin is the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family with two kids. There is a queen size bed in the room and a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room for two more.

No Smoking inside of home. Wash all dishes at departure. All beds that were used, please leave unmade.

Gather soiled towels at departure and leave in bathtub, make sure all doors and windows are locked.

Please note that we allow pets as long as they are well behaved and stay off the furniture. There is a pet fee of $75 per dog, with a two dog max.

Bring your own charcoal for the BBQ grill

Take all trash with you at departure and dispose for free at Clean Bear Site # 1 41970 Garstin Dr. Big Bear Lk. 92315. Each trash bag left behind will result in a $50 fee from the security deposit. This is a city ordinance in Big Bear. Thank you for understanding.

– PLEASE NOTE: There is an 11% occupancy tax required by law, by the city of Big Bear Lake. This is listed as the “community fee” on your reservation. Other cabins in Big Bear Lake will ask you for an additional 11% through the resolution center or cash on arrival. You will not be asked that with this cabin, as it is already charged. Thank you.
