This Forest Edge Basecamp for Adventure is waiting for you. This high elevation getaway is right on the edge of the National Forest trails for hiking, biking, cross country skiing, sledding, or snowshoeing. Cuddle up and watch a good movie after a long day of adventure in this secluded hideaway. The cabin sleeps 2 adults. (Additional kids allowed to use the futon in the living room, ask before – thanks!) In spring and summer, we have a BBQ and picnic table with umbrella to enjoy the fresh air!!!

The cabin is in the quite neighborhood of Sugarloaf. It’s 5 minutes from the lake, 15 minutes to the ski resorts and the village, and just a 2 minute walk to the national forest trails. Ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all.

We have a security camera on the front of the house used for monitor snow levels in case we need to clear a spot in the driveway for your visit, to check if the house cleaners have finished preparing for your visit, and to alert us if any bears, raccoons, or coyotes have knocked over the trashcans!

Guests have access to the entire cabin.
